Every email address can have one credit card on file. When you upgrade an account, it will use the most recent credit card entered for the account you are logged in with.
If you need to use a different credit card for some locations, you will need to
add more user logins for those places so that a separate credit card can be associated with them. The individual users would then enter the payment information for their locations and upgrade.
If you are setting up the accounts for the other users, make sure that you log out and log back in between upgrading accounts. If you need help, please reach out to us at support@waitlist.me.
If you need to change a card on file, log in to your online account and go to My Places (upper right). Select a location, then go to the Account page. There’s an Edit Payment button near the middle of the page. When you update the card, you’ll be prompted to select if the new card applies to only that location, or to all of the locations that your login is attached to.
