Did you know that customizing the Waitlist Me notifications, the public waitlist page and the web widget are simple and effective ways to improve your branding and overall customer experience?

Every "touch" that you have with your customers is a branding moment. When you take the time to customize little things like text messages, it lets your customers know that you pay attention to the small details of their customer experience. Instead of sending the standard messages, you can personalize the tone and info of the messages to better connect with your customers. For example, after adding a customer to Waitlist Me, the optional confirmation text that goes out could have information on specials. All of the subscription levels include this capability.

Pro & Platinum subscriptions will also allow you to customize your public waitlist page that customers can check while waiting. Share information on loyalty programs, upcoming events, and more. Add a personalized Thank You message for them to see once they’re removed from the list. Or for reservations, the email confirmation includes an HTML feature to add your logo and personalized details.

If you allow parties to join the list before they arrive, use the hosted web widget page to include your restaurant’s logo, parking instructions, or other helpful information.
