Platinum and Pro users can access Wait AI data, which shows an average of the wait times for each party size by day and hour, for the previous 4 weeks. This data can help staff further improve wait quotes.

Waitlist Me has another nice feature for giving customers more visibility into how many people are ahead of them. When customers are added to the list they receive a confirmation message that has a link to the public waitlist page, which can be checked from any phone with a data connection. The page highlights their place in line and updates dynamically, so they have a better sense of how much longer the wait will be without having to ask.

Finally, if your business takes call-aheads, reservations or appointments, Waitlist Me has an ETA feature for scheduling customers for a specific time. Appointments for the current day will show in a section of the main waitlist view, so you can see everything you need at a glance.
