SERVICE CHARGE |
A Service Charge is added to help support all members (both wait staff and kitchen staff). Due to our service charge, tipping is not expected.
However, our Service Charge is optional and can be removed if you would like to choose your own gratuity. Please let us know.
WHAT TO EXPECT AS A HIRONORI REGULAR |
- Our waters are infused with watermelon, lemon and mint. No charge and free refills! If you would prefer regular water, let your server know.
- For our ramen, we have two wheat-based noodle size options: thick or thin. By default, we serve our ramen with thick noodles. Let your server know if you would prefer our thin noodle. Both noodles are made in-house and are delicious either way you have 'em!
- We have two sauces made in-house: spicy sauce and minced garlic. Our sauces always come on the side, but are by request only. For a small charge, upgrade your minced garlic to our Black Garlic Oil (Note: we only recommend Black Garlic for our Tonkotsu or Vegan Ramen broth)! Let your server know if you would like any sauces when ordering.
- All of our sides are mouth-watering, but our most popular sides are our Pork Buns, Crispy Rice and Crispy Chicken (aka karaage).
- Hungry for more? Ask your server for an extra side of noodles or ask about our mini combo rice bowls!
